2015 part 1

Struggling to get the G on the spot......................................................................................................................Sybrand 2015

Apo-Noblar#126TS50. Late daylight. Distance 1.8 m. Glass: Schneider/Canon.

Maybe the second-best lens in the world.... I like especially the color and the plasticity, the 3-D-quality.

16 x 25 inch, 480 ppi. Sharpening S1/S2/F1.

Apo-Noblar#125TS95. Daylight. Distance 2.60 m. Glass: Wollensak/Olympus.

16 x 25 inch, 480 ppi. Sharpening S1/S2/F1.

Definitely the best lens in the world...

I can stop now and rest on my laurels. Everything is said and done. I wanted to proof that you can achieve Hasselblad-quality with a 6-mpx-camera if you have a very good lens. Well here it is, the proof. After 125 lenses we finally reached that goal.

Where's the logo?......................................................................................................................................................................................Sybrand 2015

Apo-Noblar#124TS85. Distance 2.5 m. 1/4 sec. f16/22. ISO 200.

Daylight (DIFFUSE/indirect front/right/reflection board at left).

Glass: Schneider/Olympus (9).

16 x 24 inch 480 ppi. Pentax 6 mpx. sharpening: S1/S2/X2. Cropped for composition.

Apo-Noblar#123TS50. Daylight. Distance 2.5 m.

Glass: Schneider/Anon/Canon (6). Terrible good color, sharp to the bone...

Sharp: S1/S2.

16 x 24 inch, 480 ppi.

This a variation on #122. I changed one lens and eliminated spherical/chromatic aberration, realized better DoF. Very good for a medium shot, a 'knee-piece' as it is called in painting.

Sybrandtesk light......................................................................................................Sybrand 2015

Noblar#122. Daylight. Distance 3 m. Glass: Schneider/Anon/Canon.

Apo-Noblar#121TS50. Distance 90 cm. Daylight. Glass: Nikon/Canon.

1/6 sec f 22 sharp S2/S3. 17,5 x 25,5 inch, 480 ppi. Pentax 6 mpx.

Great lens. No distortion @ 90 cm. Lot of DoF. Perfect color. High resolution. Most of the times when you take a close-up, the face becomes a mask: ears not sharp, hair not sharp, chin not sharp etc. This is a great leap forward. The ultimate selfie-lens.(the USL)

Apo-Noblar#120TS150. Daylight. 1/10 sec. f22. Distance 2.5 m. Glass: Schneider/Staeble. Sharp: S2/S3.

Yes, this is a NeunLinser! Sharpness and lens speed seems to increase with the quantity of glass.

Basic file Pentax 6 mpx. Printsize 17,5 x 25,5 inch, 480 ppi.

Apo-Noblar#119TS80. Distance 2 m. Daylight. 1/4 sec. f8/11. Glass: ISCO/Staeble.

17 x 25,5 inch 480 ppi. Pentax 6 mp. Sharp: S2/S3.

There is nothing wrong with the resolution of this lens.

Apo-Noblar#116TS82.5. Normal daylight.

Distance 2.7 m. 1/4 sec about f 22/32. Glass: Schneider/Beck of London.

Sharp: S1/S2. 17 x 25,5 inch, 480 ppi.

Girls, Cars and Cola, that's what we want...................................................................Sybrand 2015

Apo-Noblar#115TS105. Muted daylight. Distance 1 m. f32/45. PerspectiveControl-Plus. SuperFinePix.

Sharp: S1/S2.

Glass: Rodenstock.

Corrected for Ferrari-red. Cropped for composition. 19,5 x 25,5 inch, 480 ppi. Pentax 6 mpx. ISO 200.

Apo-Noblar#84TS82,5. Daylight. Distance 2.1 m. f8/11 .1/30 sec. ISO 200. Pentax 6 mpx.

Glass: Pentax/Olympus.

17,5 x 25,5 inch, 480 ppi. Sharp: S1/S2/S3

Testresult: A combination of a superb lens with superfine-pix-processing leads to UltraHighDefinition.

Apo-Noblar#40TS75

Daylight. Distance 2.2 m. Glass: Rodenstock/Canon. Sharp: S1/S2/S3.

16 x 24 inch 480 ppi.

This pixelstructure can stand extreme sharpening. No noise or artefacts. With a 6 mpx-Pentax we now can produce Hasselbladquality and better! (up to 80 mpx and higher...).

(Honestly we think the same processing is done inside a Hasselblad...)

Apo-Noblar#83TS135. Daylight/Halogen. Distance 2.2 m. Glass: Minolta/Zeiss.

print: 16 x 24 inch, 480 ppi.

Apo-Noblar#82TS50. Daylight. Distance 1.8 m. Added a lens hood and changed the place of the second diaphragm. Got somewhat more DoF and sharpness.

Apo-Noblar#82TS50. Daylight. Distance 2.3 m. Glass: Vokar/Rodenstock.

16 x 24 inch 480 ppi. I had to polish an old, heavily scratched reproductionlens, so the coating on the frontlens was removed. The Vokar-glass (American) was uncoated, so I think the nice warm color is a result of partial 'no-coating'.

Sharp: A4/S1/S2.

Apo-Noblar#81TS75. Daylight. Distance 1 m. Glass: Rodenstock/Nikon.

Apo-Noblar#80TS85. Daylight. Distance 2.5 m. Glass: Schneider/Olympus.

16 x 24 inch, 480 ppi. Sharp: A4/S1/S2.

Apo-Noblar#61TS150. Daylight. Distance 2.5 m. Glass: Rodenstock/Minolta.

Maybe the best lens in the world...

16 x 16 inch, 480 ppi. Sharp A4/S1/S3.

Army-green and Anna-green (glass with uranium). I wanted to catch the radiating green, I think I came close.

Noblar#30TS180. Daylight. Distance 1 m. Glass: Zeiss/Meyer. Sharp A4/S1/S3.

Noblar#37. Distance 2 m. Daylight. f8/11. Glass: Zeiss/Nikon.

Maybe the second-best lens in the world. Resolution, color and contrast are formidable, but is has to be Tee-Essed.

16 x 24 inch, 480 ppi. Basic file: Pentax 6 mpx.

Apo-Noblar#77TS55. Daylight. 1/10 sec f 11. Distance 2.2 m. Glass: Pentax/Rodenstock. Sharp: A3/S3. 16 x 24 inch, 480 ppi.

I could have added some more sharpness, and extend the DoF with a smaller aperture, but in fact this is enough.

After women, journalists belong to the most endangered species in this world. We must love them and protect them, whenever and wherever. They form our lifeline to the future. How should we, for instance have known about a phenomen as matchfixing when there was no free, investagative press?

Apo-Noblar#76TS50. Distance 1.7 m. Daylight. Sharp: A4/S1/S2. 16 x 24 inch, 480 ppi.

Apo-Noblar#76TS50. Halogen. Distance 2.5 m.

Glass: Rodenstock/Schneider. 16 x 24 inch, 480 ppi.

( I begin to understand the sunny-and-bright-mode...). Sharp: A3/S2.

Apo-Noblar#75. Soft daylight. 1/4 sec/ f 16 (about). Distance 1.8 m.

Glass: Staeble/Rodenstock. Sharp: A3/S2. 16 x 24 inch, 480 ppi, 256 mb.

Pentax 6 mpx.

Apo-Noblar#63. Halogen/daylight. Distance 3.2 m. f45/ 1/6 sec. Glass: Schneider/Schneider.

A suntanned look in January, everything is possible in the digital world. Sharp.: X2/S3. 16 x 24 inch, 480 ppi.

Apo-Noblar#56TS95. Distance 2.50 m. Halogen. f11(about). Glass: Vokar/Olympus.

16 x 24 inch, 480 ppi.

Apo-Noblar#53TS60. Halogen 500 W. 1/6 sec. f 11 (about). Distance: 2.8 m.

Glass: Wollensak/Schneider. Incredible resolution. Perfect color. Basic file 34 mb Pentax 6 mpx.

ColorCrafted to 16 x 24 inch, 480 ppi, 256 mb. Sharp: X2/S2.

Apo-Noblar#51TS105. Distance 2.2 m. Daylight. About f11. Glass: Schneider/Anon. uncoated (1890?).

Sharpening: S1/S2/S3. 16 x 24 inch, 480 ppi. Pentax 6 mpx. 256 mb.

How sharp do you want it? I used the s1/s2/s3 version and added some gaussian blur.

Apo-Noblar#50TS210. Distance 2.1 m. Bad, late daylight. 0.3 sec/ f11.Glass: Schneider/Nikon.

Superior color. Even when the light is weak and grey, this lens picks up the color. Of course ColorCraft-post does a lot to improve the quality further....
